Stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this conference hotel. Modern units for coffee or tea, we truly enjoyed it. The location was best possible and marvellous, next to Lüneburg and surrounding area, the park, and downtown.

The room was not only airy, but good-sized too, and had an electronic key card, a work desk, and a television with satellite channels...

The staff we met were very unfriendly.

The staff is excellent, and the rooms are newly renovated and modern with complimentary tea and coffee, and a breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices is available.

Comfortable bed in the nicely furnished and good sized room. Location right by the nice city centre and a nice park and Lüneburg.

Favourable and best possible location in Luneburg, not far from a nice park, all the attractions, and Lüneburg and surrounding area. Marvellous breakfast with many options, combined with a friendly service.

The hotel was close to Lüneburg's nice city center and common areas. the staff was amicable and cooperative. the room was newly renovated and reasonably large, featuring a work desk, a flat-screen TV, and a seating area.

Friendly staff. Access to thermal bath included. Clean room. Extensive breakfast. Good hotel for business stay or city travel.

Too expensive for what it offers. High extra charge for car park (more than on webpage). Building from outside quite ugly. Room towards street noisy. Fortunately, at night traffic subsided.

Everything was execellent except the pillows, they were too soft and we could not find any more in the room. I believe they should supply more pillows in the room for those who like to sleep with there head higher otherwise I have no other comment

The room here is modern and spacious, offering amazing views of the park. 🌳 the breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of delicious meal options to choose from.

Close to the nice city centre

Overpriced for an old hotel with only a thin layer of renovation; oldfashioned cooking; I only chose it because there was supposed to be a fitness room, which there wasn't (there was a privately owned one across the street, for which you have to pay extra as well, that is not correct information from Booked.net!

I am an experienced traveller (over 100 nights a year) but here, unfortunatly, Nothing I liked (except friendly people at the reception).

Overpriced. 150€ for my room!!! At this price, I would have expected something else. No even a bottle of water in the room (I had to buy one at the bar for 6€50, I can drive my car for almost 100Km for the same price,=4 liters of Diesel...). Travellers should priviledge hotels in the center. I visited a couple and they are cheaper and better equiped.

The location here is awesome, just a short walk to the charming city center!

Fantastic location very close to the city center, making it convenient to explore the area and wonderful amenities in the superior king room including a bedroom and tea making facilities.

The breakfast here is fantastic with a wide variety of options, and the location is excellent, just a short distance from St Paul's Church.
